In line with the high quality performance of our AIRnet product range, the manufacturer provides an industry leading 10-year warranty on the AIRnet fittings, and aluminum pipes against any damage resulting from material defect. All returned products must have prior authorization from Seller before being returned to our facility. Returned products without pre-authorization are not eligible for credit. There will be a 25% restock fee on 
pre-authorized returned items, unless specified otherwise, in written communication from Seller. Products must be returned within 60 days of the date of sale and not exceed 10% of total order. Items must be in original packaging, and in new and unused condition, to be eligible for credit. Obsolete or discontinued items are not eligible for return. Tools and spare parts are not eligible for return. Items are subject to the terms of warranty and return policies of the manufacturer and written pre-authorization from the Seller must be obtained before return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost related to returns.
Due to the high incidents of damage and scratching of pipe during shipment AIRnet pipe is not eligible for return.
